A.I.M. Stainless Steel Mufflers
ROSE MARINE stocks a line of stainless steel mufflers manufactured
by APPLEGATE INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS.
Our A.I.M. Series is available in sizes ranging from 3” (inlet and outlet)
up to 8” Each is available with either (Style 1) Stainless Steel Weld ends,
(Style 2) Stainless Steel Male Pipe Threads, or ( Style 3 ) 150# Flanges.

A.I.M. Flex Pipe Assemblies
In addition in the 12” flex assemblies. ROSE MARINE also stocks another line of flex assemblies that are 16” long and covered with stainless steel woven braid for added durability. They are available with Stainless or Carbon steel butt-weld ends or N.P.T. threaded ends.

Cowl® silencers feature a unique single spiral chamber design that allows a free flow of exhaust gas through a uniform cross-section throughout the entire spiral chamber. As the exhaust gases pass through the spiral chamber, exhaust noise is progressively attenuated. VERNATONE™ Vernatone is a family of inline mufflers that includes eight basic products with hundreds of variations in length, width, height, inlets and outlets. Builders and boaters requested these variations for specific engine or location requirements in a particular vessel. These mufflers also vary in size which influences the acoustical performance.
VERNALIFT™ The Vernalift muffler was designed originally for small auxiliary propulsion engines installed near or below the water line in sailboats.
VERNATUBE™ Vernatube is a resin-impregnated glass filament wound tubing wound exclusively with a fire-retardant resin formulated for high temperature applications The smooth, resin-rich I.D. assures minimal restriction to exhaust gases and cooling water flowing through the tubing. Precise control of the outside diameter ensures ease of connecting mating ports with marine exhaust hose.
EXHAUST FITTINGS Exhaust systems fittings are made of the same fiberglass and fire-retardant resins used to produce Vernatube, our UL listed tubing line. The fittings are lightweight, strong, non-corroding, and durable. Fittings are easy to install and O.D.’s are compatible with approved marine rubber exhaust hose.
