Ed Quirk

Parts Clerk/ Tank Farm Apprentice

Ed Quirk hails from Springfield, MA. Raised and educated in Western Mass, he married his lovely bride who lured him to her hometown of Gloucester.

Ed worked over 20 years in two school systems as a maintenance/custodian and eventually climbed the ladder to supervisor. He spent 10yrs at The Tower School in Marblehead and 15yrs with the Rockport School System. Upon retiring from the school system at the ripe young age of 55 Ed found continued employment at Rose's Marine in 2015.

Ed brings his keen sense of customer service and sharp attention to detail to his roles at Rose's. His roles focus on managing the inventory of our vast stock of metals, fasteners and other supplies as well as working directly with customers at the counter and assisting Dave Dow in the Tank Farm.

Nicknamed "The Invisible Man" Ed can usually be summoned from his hiding spot somewhere within the store's depths if you put the Grateful Dead on the radio.
